Issue-specific checks

What happened?

Selected issue

I cannot open a page

First checks
Read the full address and error message. Retry the same known address once on another connection before changing browser or device settings.
What the error may mean
A DNS, certificate, timeout or region message points to a different cause. Do not replace the address with a mirror from chat.
What to record
Keep the URL, error wording, browser, connection and time. A redacted screenshot can help when the text disappears.
Selected issue

I forgot a password

Use the recovery route
Open the recovery control from a route you had already verified, not from a message link.
Protect the email account
Secure the connected email and review its recovery methods before accepting a reset message.
Stop if the request changes
Do not continue if a caller asks for the old password, an OTP, payment or remote-control access.
Selected issue

I received a verification request

Check who initiated it
Decide whether you requested the action and confirm the destination inside the current known account route.
Do not share
Do not send passwords, one-time codes or identity files to MegaPari.digital or an unverified private contact.
Review recent activity
Keep the request wording, sender and time, then check for unfamiliar sessions or profile changes.
Selected issue

I received a suspicious message

Stop contact
Close the conversation and do not open attachments, pay, reply or follow another link.
Secure next
Protect the connected email and banking accounts from a trusted device if a link or file was opened.
Keep as evidence
Retain the sender, time, full URL and request. Redact secrets before reporting it.
Selected issue

I changed my device

Before signing in
Confirm the mobile route, recovery email and device clock before entering account details.
Sessions to review
End an old or unfamiliar session if the current service provides that control.
Files to avoid
Do not copy passwords through chat or install a package or configuration profile sent by a private contact.

Choose the issue that most closely matches what happened. The diagnostic panel gives a different first action for page access, password recovery, verification, suspicious messages, device changes and possible compromise.

Account boundary: MegaPari.digital cannot access, unlock or recover an account and does not collect passwords, one-time codes or identity files.

Decide What Happened Before Acting

A failed page load may be a connection or address problem. A password issue begins with the known recovery route. An unexpected verification request needs its initiator and destination checked. Selecting the right symptom prevents an unrelated “fix” from creating a second risk.

Protect Recovery Channels

Email and mobile accounts often control recovery. Secure them first if a password was reused, a message link was opened or a new device appeared. Do not move recovery to a private chat or pay a person claiming they can unlock an account.

Keep a Small, Useful Record

Save the full URL, error wording, time, sender and any unfamiliar device name. Redact account numbers and financial details before sharing a report. The incident-response page covers suspected compromise, while the mobile source page covers unknown files and publisher checks.
